At Quru my focus is on web analytics and online optimisation.
In practice this means helping my clients to define their online KPIs based on their business and marketing goals (what to measure), setting up the web analytics processes (how to follow what is measured) and a lot of hands-on analysis and optimisation work to make my clients’ websites and online marketing campaigns perform better.
During my time at Quru (and Kwantic) I have hosted dozens of web analytics and KPI related workshops but also Google Analytics and Omniture SiteCatalyst training.
Since December 2014 I have also been Google Regional Trainer for Google Analytics, training Google Analytics users in Finland behalf of Google.
In addition to that, I have planned and conducted several online studies to support marketing and product/website development.
