User Experience Analysis
Analysing user experience (UX) is useful for improving your online site to meet visitors’ needs better. Analysis of user experience is done on the basis of analytics data, from which an understanding of the status of customer experience is developed. Web analytics data is typically enriched with Online Survey data, heatmaps and clickmaps, heuristic customer need analysis and/or eye movement analysis, where we can identify areas on the online site that are most often looked at. These methods give more depth to understanding the customer experience as a whole. Once an understanding of the current state of the User Experience is formed, a concrete site improvement plan can be put together.
